- New food vocabulary : we will use ingredients that are optimal for your dietary needs and body goals (my vegans, vegetarians and gluten-free peeps are welcome too)

How it Works
- Choose the class that you want. (max. 10 per class)
- Register and pay for the class AND use your coupon if you have one
- Check your e-mail for your shopping and prep list
- Join Google+ if you’re not already on and meet us in the Hangout on the scheduled day.
What You’ll Need
- A kitchen! (no surprises there)
- Groceries already purchased and semi-prepped for class (the list will be in your inbox after registration)
- A laptop enabled with camera and microphone (no need for super fancy equipment, we just wanna see your pretty face and hear you when you speak)
